drawing a face in my drawing course;
listening to Radio Quebec and to podcasts in German and Spanish; watching a sitcom in Spanish; biking and walking; and transitioning from face-to-face to online meetings with a young woman who is working with me on her English reading and writing skills.
Focusing on what there is before me, acting on principles of pleasure and joy, I will to trust my place in the Universe.
