Small Steps towards Goals
To build skills, it is perhaps important to build habits. This may require having an anchor such as: draw after journalling in the morning. It may also require making the task realistic, for example: I will draw for 5 minutes. Then, it may be important to link this task to emotion, so find a way to celebrate: after drawing, I will celebrate by listening to at least part of a loved tune. (Idea by TJ Fogg,
